FAQ
Does this replace my WMS or ERP?
Not necessarily. Think of this as the decision layer that sits on top of what you already have. It reads stock, sales and supplier data, then tells you what to order, when and from whom. If you don’t have a WMS yet, we can still work with Shopify + 3PL exports.
Can you handle multiple warehouses and markets?
Yes. We model inventory by location and can respect channel-specific rules (e.g. UK vs EU stores, retail vs ecommerce). The system understands that one SKU might live in multiple physical and virtual pools.
How “AI” is this vs rules?
We combine hard rules (MOQs, minimum cover, max stock) with AI-assisted demand modelling and text automation (e.g. supplier comms, notes). You stay in control of the guardrails; AURA handles the heavy lifting and pattern-spotting.
How does this plug into your other systems?
