Terms of Service

1) Using our site

• Don’t misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
• Content on this site is provided “as is” for general information.

2) Engagements & scope

• Service scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing (email/proposal/invoice).
• You retain ownership of your tools/accounts. We act as a processor/configurator.
• We work async; calls are optional. We provide SOPs and rollback steps for installs.

3) Payments & billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. One-off projects are invoiced per agreement.
• Late payments may pause work. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

4) Your responsibilities

• Provide timely access/credentials and accurate information.
• Ensure you have the right to use any data/assets you supply (including UGC).

5) Data & confidentiality

• We handle client data confidentially and only for delivering the Services.
• We may keep operational logs to monitor and improve system reliability.

6) Acceptable use & compliance

• No illegal, harmful, or misleading automations. Platform policies (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta) must be respected.
• Compliance (e.g., GDPR/CAN-SPAM) is a shared responsibility — we’ll help configure best practices.

7) Warranties & liability

• We provide Services using reasonable care and skill, but can’t guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses.

8) IP & license

• You own your data and accounts. You receive a non-exclusive license to any templates/SOPs we provide for your internal use.

9) Cancellation

• You can cancel subscriptions anytime; access to ongoing updates ends at the period’s close.
• One-off work already delivered is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

10) Changes

• We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
